Sassy Paws Refund & Return Policy

At Sassy Paws, we want every pup and parent to be over the moon about their purchase. However, if for any reason you're not completely in love with your new gear, we're here to help—while keeping things as smooth and stylish as our products!

Return Eligibility:

  • 30 Days to Decide: You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to send back any item that’s not quite right.
  • Condition is Key: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them—with all original tags attached. We believe in keeping everything fresh and fabulous!
  • No Sale Returns: Please note, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping:

  • Shipping’s on You: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and it’s non-recoverable.
  • Track It, Don’t Lose It: We recommend using a tracked shipping service, just in case your package likes to wander off.

Restocking Fee:

  • A $10.00 restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs of keeping returned items in perfect Sassy Paws condition.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and confirmed to be in its original, pristine state, we’ll drop you an email to let you know everything’s A-OK.
  • Your refund will then be processed as a credit to the original credit card used at checkout.
  • Important: Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items, as a reminder, cannot be refunded.
