At Sassy Paws, we’re all about fast, fabulous service—ensuring your pup’s gear arrives quickly and in perfect style. Every order is shipped directly from our home in Rolleston, NZ.

Pre-Orders

Be Fashionably Early!

  • What Are Pre-Orders?
    Some of our standout pieces are available for pre-order, which means you can secure your pup’s favourite styles ahead of the official release. Pre-orders reserve your spot for the hottest items and guarantee you won’t miss out when they drop.
  • Dispatch for Pre-Orders:
    Once your pre-ordered item is released and available, our team will prioritise your order and have it prepped and dispatched ASAP. We’ll keep you in the loop with tracking details as soon as your gear ships!

 

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Service:
    For every order (regular or pre-order), we aim to process and dispatch your goodies within 1-4 business days. Once out the door, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your Sassy Paws gear on its journey to you.
  • Delivery Timeframes:

    Once we hand your package over to NZ Post, delivery timeframes are subject to NZ Post’s service standards. Please note that we do not have control over the item after dispatch, and occasional courier delays may occur.

  • NZ Flat Rate Shipping:
    Keepin’ it simple—enjoy a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for orders under $100.
  • NZ Free Shipping:
